Diamante Close Up
I get so many comments about this fellow, I thought a close up was in order. This is Alice's llama, Diamante. He and Alice are a big hit at the Art Square Show in Leesburg.

Latte Gets Wet
This is my little dog friend, Latte in the Flora painting. I posted a photo of her back when I was working on her, but at that time the background was not done and the watercan was not yet painted. She is just as cute in real life as she is in the painting.

A Thorn between Two Roses
It occured to me last night at the reception, that I had hung this little family grouping in a way that could be titled " A Thorn between Two Roses". Brett never reads my blog, so don't tell him. I would like to remain married to him.

More Tractor Painting
OK, so here is day two progress on the little tractor painting. I have strengthened my shadows some more, since I feel that is the strong point of this composition. I have started painting the red barn boards and roof timbers also. More to follow soon.

On A Roll with the Barns
This is my favorite start so far. I think the composition is different from what I have usually done and I like this intimate view.
