I never tire of painting Picasso and so I spent some time yesterday doing this little study of him. It measures 8" x 8" and is oil on gesso board.
I really need to improve my photography abilities.

Your painting of Picasso is quite lovely Linda. I really like how the background blends in with the figure in parts (at the bottom) and yet pops Picasso out too (at the top). Attention moves between his pink ears and of course his eyes. I'd love to paint my kitty 'Patch' like that. He is white with black markings and would be a challenge but you've motivated me to try :) Linda H
