We are having unusual low temperatures here and today, my little heaters and woodstove were unable to get the studio temperature above 52 degrees. Well, need I say more. My fingers were too cold to do real fine work, so I gave the background a second pass glaze. I like the outcome. I am still bothered by the sofa shape and color. Will work on that if the studio is cold again tomorrow. Also, today my mother turned 90. My father used to tease her that she was born a day before George Washington and she is still alive. She did not appreciate that, but us kids thought it was a hoot
